All About My Newsletter & Ebook

Also, I thought today would be the perfect time to share a little bit about my new revamped newsletter that will come back out next Friday and ebook to follow! I’m excited about both of them and I hope you enjoy them too!

my newsletter: felicia’s flyer

My newsletter will be a monthly installment of blog/life updates, minimalist tips, inspiration, and a more personal way to connect with you! It will come out the last Friday of each month just like my monthly favorites’ posts.

I also want my newsletter to be a way for me to answer any questions you have about minimalism, life, etc. If you have any, please email me: I would love to hear your thoughts and I’d be glad to share more about any questions you have as well.

I’m also creating a decluttering series and a lot of freebies that only my newsletter recipients will have access too! So if you want to take part in any of this you have to sign up!

Lastly, I have revamped my ebook: A Guide To Minimalistic Living. I give this out for free to my newsletter subscribers because I feel like the journey to living minimally should be simple and readily accessible. I’ve learned  a lot on my two and a half year minimalism journey and I want to share it with you! So if you’re interested in minimalism at all this ebook is for you! I break down every aspect of minimalistic living.

my ebook: a guide to minimalistic living

I created this ebook because so many people ask me: what is minimalism? How do you live minimally? Does it actually work? Or I hear things like, good for you, but that would never work for me. I don’t know how to get rid of anything, etc.

I created my ebook to show you that living minimally is attainable and it can be achieved the moment you decide that you want to simplify. Whether you simplify your makeup collection, or how many people you follow on social media. It’s literally that simple!

in my ebook you will learn:

  • what minimalism is all about
  • how to curate a simple, minimal wardrobe
  • simple steps to declutter your home
  • how to declutter your digital life, I’ve touched on this a little bit in this post
  • minimal beauty, you can check out my minimal makeup collection here
  • what to do once you’ve minimized

Also as a bonus, I’ve included a short excerpt below so you’ll know what to expect once you sign up!

a guide to minimalistic living:

what is minimalism?

The Merriam-Webster dictionary describes it as: a style or technique (as in music, literature, or design) that is characterized by extreme spareness an simplicity.

what is living a minimalistic lifestyle?

This is a question that I am frequently asked. Therefore, I decided to create this ebook to answer this question. This ebook will discuss how to use minimalism in every aspect of your life, and as a reference for people that are intrigued by minimalism. I will teach you how to minimize your wardrobe, home, and digital life. In the hope of being able to look for the simpler things in life that make you happy. By ultimately being able to practice ways to simplify your life and be more productive.

does minimalism work, or is it just a fad?

Most people think to live minimally you must throw away everything you own, and buy nothing at all (that is an extreme case). For me, living a minimalistic lifestyle is just finding the simple things in life by getting rid of the non-essentials and buying only what is essential. It allows you to choose quality over quantity and save a lot of money. Some people are becoming minimalists because they are trying to be trendy, or trendsetters. Whereas that is not the point of true minimalism at all. If you are trying to be a minimalist because it is currently a fad, then you are doing it for all of the wrong reasons.

“If you desire to live with fewer material possessions, or not own a car or a television, or travel all over the world, then minimalism can lend a hand. But that’s not the point. Minimalism is a tool that can assist you in finding freedom.” – The Minimalists

I think that minimalism truly works. It has helped me take a closer look at what I find important in my life. Is it materialistic things, or is it relationships with people that I say mean so much to me? As humans, we all own so many possessions. Each time someone talks about what they own, it makes me think of one thing that we all learn at a young age:

if your house were to burn down, what would you grab?

This question reinforces the idea in all of us that we should be concerned with our material possessions instead of other things that truly matter. Because if your home did burn down. You can buy a new pair of jeans, but you cannot replace your family members.

Living a minimalistic lifestyle is more than just changing a few things about your home, and getting rid of four of your twenty pairs of sandals. It is about living with what makes you happy, what makes your life simple, and the essentials of what you truly need. I have felt so much better since I have truly evaluated all of my possessions.

I hope y’all enjoyed learning a little bit about what to expect from my newsletter and ebook. My newsletter comes back out next Friday! So don’t forget to subscribe & let me know what questions you have about minimalism!

Congrats on your ebook and setting up an email list! I love the idea of a minimalist lifestyle, but have yet to really look into it. My husband collects a lot of different things, and I have a million craft supplies and books. Our house can get very messy whenever we leave just a few things out. I’m going to subscribe to your list and learn!
